Trace B. Brown – Principal/Vice President

Trace Brown graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois with a degree in accounting and a minor in finance.  He has been actively involved in the real estate profession since 1984 and has done appraisal and feasibility studies in Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming and Ontario, Canada.

He has ownership interest in a hotel, restaurant, and a commercial subdivision and was the main principal in the construction of the Carbondale Hampton Inn.

Trace focuses on project management and organization, bringing extraordinary maturity to complex technical projects.  He has developed exceptional skills in management and communication.  His primary function is as a liaison with the client and all team members.  His responsibility is to ensure clear definitions of the client’s goals, meet clients needs and comply with project budgets.
