Keith Phillips – Executive Vice President
Keith Phillips’ extensive experience in the construction industry enables him to manage the quality building of all types of projects while maintaining the long-term goals of Hotel Builders of America that are essential to our customers.
In 1964, Keith graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in engineering and immediately entered the construction business.
His past experience includes construction management and superintending for such companies as Boyd Construction Company of Los Angeles, Magnum Company of Denver, Colorado, Buildingsystems of Dallas, Texas and G.C. Development of Raleigh, North Carolina.
This work has provided all types of construction experience with a deep understanding of numerous civic municipalities as well as private developers, leading to additional experience of public, commercial and retail projects.
Keith’s extensive hands-on experience in all phases of construction brings an extraordinary maturity to any assignment, including scheduling, budgeting and estimating. His leadership and communication skills enable him to effectively coordinate a project from the planning stage to final closure, assuring the client a successful project. Keith’s attention to quality control and technical aspects of a project make him an invaluable asset to any project team.
