Charlie B. Brown, MAI lifetime member, has been involved in the real estate profession since 1952.  His past experience includes a term as Technical Advisor to the Illinois Department of Transportation, president of a firm dealing in real estate sales, construction, land developing and appraising, president or vice president of four energy related companies, president of a health care firm and president of a national financial trust.

He also has or has had investments in motels/hotels, apartments, retail stores, office buildings, farms, subdivisions, singe family residences and others.

Appraisal and consulting assignments have included properties in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Guerrero Mexico and Provice of Canada.  Qualified to do Title work in all states by license, reciprocity or temporary permit.

Charlie’s clients have included governmental agencies, banks, savings and loans, insurance companies, major corporations and individuals.

He is responsible for market development and will assist in typical developer leads including owners financing, strategy and project scoping.
